Urban Ashram
Urban Ashram was set up by Nikki Ralston, owner of The Ralston Method as a place to practice and learn more about yoga and mindfulness. Inspired by shapes and poses of the body I developed an icon that represents wholeness and unity. I also designed a suite of illustrations that worked in harmony with the logo depicting areas of Urban Ashram – Yoga, Knowledge, Mindfulness and Massage. Watercolour felt like the natural medium to represent the fluidity of these areas. In keeping with nature, the colours reference the four seasons.
